Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266
Hybrid schedule-3 days a week in office is required.
Estimated Duration: The client approximates that this project may last up to 18 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range: $23.75/hr.
Project Description:
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
- Covers jobs responsible for managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediations, and/or settlements.
- Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
- Manages stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
Desired Experience:
- Root cause analysis
- Understanding credit cards, that is the main department
- Payment research
- Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure
- Partnering with 3rd party law firms
- Working independently and being resourceful
- Enterprise/corporate environment background
- EXCEL experience is very valuable in this role
