Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide operational support to all components of the Learning and Development team. This includes responsibility for completing operational tasks to include scheduling, event setup, record keeping, basic
communications, and data entry. This role is critical as it ensures that practical support elements and coordination are provided to enable successful execution of L&D programs and strategy.
This position will sit onsite in Mooresville M-F 8a-5p 5x/ week and is a 6 month contract. 
Must Haves:

  • Administrative background
    • Experience with booking corporate flights/ hotels/ scheduling transportation / scheduling catering etc.
  • Strong communicator
  • Excel experience

This will be a strictly contract position which most tasks will include:
            Scheduling
            Event set up
            Booking flights
            Setting up transportation for groups
            Booking hotels
            Preparing conference rooms with swag
            Ordering catering
